The company applies for social security cards for employees as follows:

1. Tools/Materials:

1) My second-generation ID card

2) Photography receipt issued by the photo studio for applying for social security (if the account is not local)

2. Steps:

1) Generally, when entering a company or unit, each employee will apply for social security. If the unit pays social security for you, the unit will also apply for social security for you. Card, of course, you can also apply for it personally at the bank. There are two types here: local and off-site. For example, when college graduates enter an employer, some files and household registration are transferred together; some files are transferred but the household registration is still at home; and some have not been transferred at all.

2) Those with local household registration only need ID cards. Those with non-local household registration can go to a nearby photo studio and issue a photo receipt. Just say it is for social security application. It is 15 yuan/copy and you can get it immediately. Add 5 yuan, if you are not in a hurry, it is not necessary, you can get it back the next day.

3) Taking the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example, the bank still works normally before 4 pm on Saturdays, and the bank does not work on weekends. Bring your personal ID card and photo receipt form for social security application, and fill in the business form and social security card application form. There are templates. If you don't know how to fill it out or don't understand, you can ask the lobby manager and related staff.

4) You can go to the processing point to get it back after one month. You will also be notified by mobile phone text message at that time, asking you to go to the bank to get your social security card. When you get the card, the staff will ask you to set up 2 The password, one is your medical insurance card password, which means you need to enter the password when you go to the pharmacy to buy medicine or when you go to the hospital for reimbursement, and there is money in it. The other password is equivalent to a bank card, which can deposit and withdraw money, and contains pension funds.

5) Pay attention to safekeeping and use in normal times. If you forget your password or enter an incorrect password and are locked, you need to take your ID card to the bank to reset your password.
