Ctrip points are valid for two years and expire one by one after expiration. That is, the accumulated points have not been redeemed for two years, and the system will automatically deduct them at the end of the month. Parents can check the validity period of each point on my Ctrip, tickets and points, my points and points details page.

If you have points that will expire in the next 3 months, you will see the corresponding tips in my Ctrip-Personal Center-Message Reminder and Points Details.
