At present, there are three main types of newspaper texts that are still popular in China newspapers:

A. news:

There are two kinds: message and communication.

News: report a news event quickly, accurately and briefly.

(2) Communication: report the ins and outs of a news event in detail and the actions of a news figure to make up for the lack of news.

B. Speech:

(1) News comment: A comment that concisely analyzes the cause, influence and nature of the incident in coordination with the news in the newspaper of that day. Some commentator's articles, short comments, editorials and editors' notes in newspapers belong to news comments.

(2) Comment: Take a social phenomenon or news event at that time as the object of comment, explain its significance and nature, and arouse public concern. Some commentators and speech columns in the newspaper are mostly current reviews.

C. hybrid varieties:

① Special report: a mixture of news and literature. Kindness, concreteness and image are the strengths of feature films.

(2) News comments: a mixture of news and comments, with narration and discussion. Journalists' letters and interview notes also belong to news comments.

③ Survey report: news, history and comments are mixed.

④ In-depth reporting: It is also a mixture of news and comments. He seized the news events and social phenomena that were important or concerned by the public, revealed their causes with a large number of background materials, and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.
