Summary of Social Poverty Alleviation Day

20 18 10 17 is the fifth "Poverty Alleviation Day" in China. In order to organize and carry out the fifth "Poverty Alleviation Day" in our city, vigorously create a social atmosphere for helping the poor, widely mobilize all social forces to actively participate in poverty alleviation, and solidly promote the poverty alleviation work in our city, we hereby propose the following programs.

First, it is of great significance

Carrying out the national "Poverty Alleviation Day" is an important measure to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a full display of xx's achievements in tackling poverty under the guidance of * * * *, and is of great significance to promoting the participation of all social forces in poverty alleviation and development. In recent years, the city has achieved remarkable results in tackling poverty, but there are still 54,200 households,137,300 people, 122 poverty-stricken villages and 4 key counties in the city, and the task of tackling poverty is still arduous. All localities and departments should take the "Poverty Alleviation Day" as an important opportunity to promote poverty alleviation, mobilize and guide all sectors of society to pay attention to, support and participate in poverty alleviation, and build a coordinated development pattern of poverty alleviation among the government, the market and society.

Second, the basic principles

The activities of "Poverty Alleviation Day" should follow the following principles: first, the government should guide and participate extensively; Second, up and down linkage, mutual cooperation; Third, innovative mechanism, accurate assistance; The fourth is to comply with the law and pay attention to practical results.

Three. Activity arrangement

Organize and participate in the experience exchange meeting of social poverty alleviation in the whole province and the on-site meeting of "Thousands of enterprises help thousands of villages" to summarize the social poverty alleviation work in the whole city in 20 18 and deploy the next stage of social poverty alleviation work.

The municipal leading group for poverty alleviation will select 10 innovation award, endeavor award, contribution award, dedication award and organizational innovation award for poverty alleviation organizations. Organizational innovation awards are awarded to counties (cities, districts) and designated helping units. Endeavour Award, Contribution Award, Dedication Award and Innovation Award are selected to commend individuals who have made outstanding contributions to poverty alleviation.

(C) "My Help Story" and "My Poverty Alleviation Process" theme essay activity selection

According to the "Notice on Developing the Theme of" My Journey Out of Poverty "(Yi Xuan Mingdian [2018] No.20), it was carried out. Select individual awards and organization awards. Individual awards: "My Helping Story" and "My Poverty Alleviation Course" have 5 first prizes and 10 second prizes respectively; 20 third prizes; 50 excellence awards; Organization Award: 5 outstanding organization awards were selected by counties (cities, districts) and municipal units; Commend during the poverty alleviation day, and award medals, award certificates and bonuses to the winning units and individuals. The winning works were published in books and publicized in the news media.

1. The leading group for poverty alleviation and development in counties (cities, districts) should organize all sectors of society to carry out social assistance activities such as visiting villages to send projects, sending technology and sending information.

2. The county (city, district) as a unit to organize a forum for resident teams and functional departments to communicate the situation, dock projects, implement policies, solve practical difficulties, and plan a number of assistance projects.

3. Designated help units at all levels and resident teams should organize cadres and workers to help contact caring enterprises to carry out poverty alleviation activities such as claiming poverty alleviation projects and signing contracts with village enterprises. Helping units should carry out a survey of visiting the poor and asking questions in villages and households.

All designated help units and responsible persons in the city should combine the "Poverty Alleviation Day" activities, go deep into the homes of poor households in time, face-to-face understand the practical difficulties and problems that need to be solved urgently in the production and life of poor households, and form a "micro-wish" for poor households. All helping units and responsible persons should actively "light up their wishes" for poor households in line with the principle of basing themselves on reality and doing what they can. If it is not practical or can't help solve it temporarily, we should do a good job of explanation. The resident team and the poverty alleviation Commissioner should use the China Social Poverty Alleviation Network to assist the responsible person to release the micro-wishes, and complete the micro-wishes docking on the China Social Poverty Alleviation Network. The person in charge of each helping unit should register caring people in the poverty alleviation network, and the number of successful docking is not less than 30% of the micro-wishes of the unit to help poor households. This work will be included in the performance appraisal at the end of the year. After the "Poverty Alleviation Day" activity, the municipal help units reported the "micro-wish" docking form (see annex). Counties (cities, districts) should collect the docking situation of "micro-wishes" and "poverty alleviation network" in time, and report the successful docking situation in the region in the summary of "Poverty Alleviation Day" activities.

Around the Poverty Alleviation Day, we will increase public welfare publicity in the mainstream media at the municipal level. Counties (cities, districts) should carry out slogan propaganda in major public places and 375 poverty-stricken villages involved in the establishment of files and cards. In accordance with the "xx city poverty alleviation volunteer service propaganda work plan", to carry out poverty alleviation volunteer service propaganda.

(3) Standardized operation and scientific management. Strengthen the management of activities, strictly manage, use and supervise the funds raised, timely announce the information, social participation and fund raising of poverty alleviation day activities, increase the transparency of work, and enhance the attractiveness and social credibility of activities.

(4) Summing up the achievements and promoting good deeds. Counties (cities, districts) and district lead units should strengthen the statistics of "Poverty Alleviation Day" activities, conscientiously sum up good experiences, good practices and good models, and report to the Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office before June 23rd 10.
