Can China Bank refund the service fee if it cancels the SMS service after paying the SMS notification service fee for individual customers?

For the SMS notification service that you choose to pay annually, if the contract is terminated before the expiration, the system will automatically refund the unused period. The unused period is counted on a monthly basis, and the month of termination is counted as the unused month. Refund amount = paid amount *( 12- months used)/12.

Example: If the customer paid the SMS on June 65438+1October 15 in the signing year, and the SMS service was cancelled in June 2022, the refund amount = paid amount * (12-5)12.
