Notice of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau on the continuation of the phased unemployment subsidy policy

The human resources and social security bureaus and finance bureaus of all districts, the social undertakings bureau and the financial audit bureau of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone:

In order to implement the "Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education and Finance" In the spirit of the Notice of the National Defense Mobilization Department of the Central Military Commission on Continuing the Implementation of Policies and Measures for Partial Burden Reduction, Stabilizing Jobs and Expanding Employment (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2021] No. 29), stabilizing employment and protecting residents' employment will be placed in the "six stability" and "six guarantees" "First of all, we will continue to implement the phased unemployment subsidy policy. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Unemployed people who meet the following conditions can apply for unemployment benefits:

( 1) From January to December 2021, unemployed persons who have received unemployment insurance benefits and have not re-employed are in a state of unemployment;

(2) From January to December 2021, new participation in Unemployment insured persons who have been insured and paid for less than one year in Beijing or who have been insured and paid for more than one year but have terminated their labor contracts due to personal reasons and have not re-employed and are unemployed.

2. The subsidy standards for unemployment benefits stipulated in the "Notice on Application and Payment of Periodic Unemployment Benefits and Temporary Living Subsidies" (Jingren Sheji [2020] No. 70), The suspension conditions and application channels remain unchanged.

3. The unemployment benefits handling system will notify the unemployed persons of the review results via SMS or other forms. If the conditions are met, unemployment benefits will be paid to the unemployed person's bankbook (card) on a monthly basis through the issuing bank starting from the month after the application is approved.

The unemployment benefit acceptance period ends on December 31, 2021. Depending on the time of individual application, the actual payment time may be up to June 2022.

This notice will be effective from August 1, 2021.
