1. Open the "Didi Chuxing" app, or open the "Didi Chuxing" applet in WeChat/Alipay, click the personal avatar in the upper left corner of the homepage, and then click "Place an Order" to enter.

2. Find the Didi reservation form that needs to be cancelled in the order information interface, and click to view the details.

3. Then, see the "Cancel Order" button below the order, and click "Confirm Cancel Order". For orders that fail to call a car successfully or are cancelled within the specified time, the system will refund the prepaid fare in full. As for how long the prepaid fare of Didi will be refunded, the money will generally be returned to Didi account within 7 working days.

4. If the order is cancelled over time or the actual fare is less than the prepaid fare, the system will deduct the corresponding fee, and the excess prepaid fare will be automatically returned to the user's account on the principle of refunding more and making up less.

Under normal circumstances, Didi Platform will prepay a part of the fare for some orders, especially cross-city orders, long-distance orders and special car orders. So where did Didi prepaid fare go? This part of the Didi prepaid fare is first transferred to the Didi passenger account, which is equivalent to the deposit being kept by the platform to avoid evasion. At this time, it did not flow into the drip driver account.

When the passenger clicks "End Trip" after arriving at the destination, Didi's prepaid fare will flow into Didi's driver's account, and more will be replenished and less will be refunded.
