Alibaba Cloud returned the letter by mail. What's the reason?

There are many reasons for mail rejection. Please read your tips for rejection.

First, our own problems

The wrong address of the recipient of the mail is the main reason for rejection.

the general format of the recipient's email address is name@domain.com, where name is the recipient's email name and domain.com is the domain name of the recipient's email service provider. Any mistake in filling in either of these two parts may cause the letter to be returned.

You can check the recipient's address as follows:

1. Please check whether the domain name contains characters that are not allowed to be used, such as/,*? ; Wait. These characters may be the wrong characters you accidentally entered when you hit the keyboard;

2. Please check whether the domain name format is legal. Generally speaking, the domain name format is domain.com.

3. Please check whether there are any spaces that should not appear in the address of the recipient you entered;

4. Check the recipient's address you entered again, and check whether there are some confusing characters in the address that cause you to make a mistake. For example:

capital letter O and number ,

lowercase letter L and number 1,

lowercase letter G and number 9,

lowercase letter L and uppercase letter I.

after the above check, you still can't find the wrong reason of the recipient's address. Please contact the other party to confirm whether the email address is correct.

second, the other party's problem

the recipient's mailbox or the recipient's mail service provider may also cause your mail to be undelivered.

The following are some of the most common reasons:

1. The recipient's mailbox is full or the remaining space cannot accommodate the mail you sent;

2. The recipient rejected your mail;

3. The recipient's mail service provider has restrictions on receiving frequency;

4. The mail service provider of the recipient judges your mail as spam;

5. The recipient's mail service provider blocked your email address.

a. The recipient's mailbox is full or the remaining space can't accommodate the mail you sent

If the recipient's mailbox is full of mail, or the remaining space in his mailbox is smaller than your mail, the mail cannot be delivered successfully.

B. Your message was rejected by the recipient

The recipient may have created some message filtering rules that caused your message to be rejected. For example, you are blacklisted.

C. The recipient's mail service provider has a frequency limit

In order to prevent spam, many mail service providers have imposed frequency limits on mail acceptance. If you send mail to a recipient too frequently, or send a large number of mails to the users of a mail service provider, the mail service provider may temporarily refuse to accept the mail you sent, resulting in the mail being returned.

if you send mail to the same mail service operator too frequently, you can try to slow down your mail sending speed and see if you can solve the problem.

D. The recipient's mail service provider judges your mail as spam

Your mail content may contain some keywords suspected of advertising, which causes the recipient's mail service provider to judge your mail as spam and reject it.

e. the recipient's email service provider blocked your email address

the recipient's email service provider may have blacklisted your email address and refused to receive any email from you. If you think that your email address may be blocked by the other party by mistake, you can submit the feedback form of returning the letter to us, and we will help you solve it.

third, network problems

unstable network communication quality or slow network speed may also lead to unsuccessful mail delivery, resulting in mail rejection.

The mail server of the U-mail mailbox may be temporarily unable to contact the mail server of the recipient, or there is an error or disconnection during the contact, so that the recipient cannot receive your mail.
