Why doesn't Alipay show the bill when transferring money to the bank card?

Alipay to bank card does not show the bill, you can check it in Alipay.

If Alipay-to-Bank Card is not displayed, you can first inquire according to the following steps:

1. Log in to Alipay account, click transaction record, select time, and select transfer to bank card according to transaction classification.

Warm reminder: after the transfer to the bank card is successful, it cannot be cancelled. Please operate with caution.

2. Adjust the query time of the page, find the transaction transferred to the bank card, and click the details of the operation list to see more information;

3. If the user needs the payment voucher for this transaction, click the payment voucher to view the corresponding Alipay payment voucher, and click Print.

If the transaction fails and the funds are returned, please check the refund time and destination: 1. For balance payment: return Alipay balance in real time, available status; 2. For bank card payment: the refund time is 3~7 days depending on the card type (there will be no SMS notification when returning the bank card, please do not take SMS notification as the standard. Please check the details of bank income and expenditure and the progress of credit card refund. You can log in to Alipay and click on the small alarm clock at the top of the page to view it.

The transfer from Alipay to bank card is not shown, or it may be that the bank card has not opened this business. You can go to the relevant bank to inquire, you can open it at the front desk of the bank, or you can open it yourself at the service terminal.
