There are too many interfaces for mobile communication. What is the difference?

The professional name of the above interface is APN. What is APN? APN is something that needs to be configured for mobile Internet access. If you want to surf the Internet, the mobile phone must obtain the address of GPRS access gateway (GGSN) of the mobile communication equipment, so as to surf the Internet. APN is just the access address of different GPRS gateways. When the mobile phone is surfing the Internet, it reports APN to the home network, and the home network uses DNS to parse APN into IP address and return it to your mobile phone. APN can be configured by itself on the mobile phone.

Let me talk about the differences between several APN:

Monternet and CMWAP: These two APNs support access to WAP services. That is to say, mobile internal WAP service or WAP service provided by SP.

GPRS connects the Internet and CMnet: These two services support NET, that is, they can directly access the Internet like a PC.

Mobile MMS and CMCC MMS GPRS: In fact, China Mobile does not have these two access APN, which literally supports MMS sending. In fact, China Mobile uses CMWAP as APN to send multimedia messages.

There are two ways of charging: charging by flow and charging on time. There is no difference in the charging of several APN.
