Why can't iqooneo5 send out card information?

Unable to send SMS. Please check the following operation methods:

1, switch flight mode.

You can try to switch flight modes, re-trigger the network and try again.

2. Query the phone bill balance

If the mobile phone card is in arrears, the short message cannot be sent successfully.

3. Check whether to use a third-party SMS App.

There may be compatibility reasons for the third-party SMS App, so it is recommended that you use the SMS App that comes with the system. Go to Settings-Applications and Permissions-Rights Management-Permissions-Default Application Settings-Information and set it as Information.

4. Check whether the number of the SMS center is set correctly.

Enter information-click on the dot in the upper right corner-Settings-More Settings-SMS center number. If you don't know the local SMS center number, please contact the operator to get the SMS center number and set it.

Check other mobile phones around you that use the SIM card of the same operator, or check the number of the local SMS center.

5. Compare and test SIM cards

It is recommended that you put the SIM card on other mobile phones to send SMS test. If the transmission still fails, it is recommended that you consult the operator's customer service for handling.

6. Restore all settings after data backup.
