When will foreign vehicles in Lanzhou be restricted?

1. Restricted vehicles: small and micro passenger cars with non-local license plates carrying less than 9 people.

2. Time limit: 7: 30- 19: 30 every working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays).

3. To the west of Donggang overpass, to the north of South Ring Road, to the east of Wuwei Road, Dunhuang Road and Qilihe Yellow River Bridge, to the south of the Yellow River, all road sections, river-crossing bridges (including the above road sections, except South Ring Road and Wuwei Road) and North Binhe Road (Yantan Bridge to Qilihe Bridge).
