1. Card exchange

To enjoy the VIP room service, you need to hold the corresponding Longteng card or priority pass card. If your platinum card is not distributed with the above two cards, you can redeem it through the website or customer service. After the card is successfully redeemed, the points will not be refunded, and the validity period of the created Longteng card or priority pass card is the same as that of the credit card you selected. If you have not received the card or lost it, you can call customer service to apply for a replacement card.

2. Service exchange and use

You can exchange your points for the VIP room service of Longteng Airport through the website or customer service. After redemption, you can use them for free according to the number of redemptions.

After the successful redemption of service times, the points will not be refunded, and the service will be valid for one year from the date of order generation. Within one year, when you need to use this service, you can directly take the Longteng card or priority pass card to the corresponding airport VIP room. When you arrive at the VIP room of the designated airport, you need to show your Longteng card to the VIP room service staff, who will swipe the card or record it. 3. Other matters

The standard service time of Longtengka VIP room is 2 hours/time. If you use it over time, you need to swipe your card again.
