Huawei Glory 8 Youth Edition cannot use VoLTE phone when dialing cornet.

VoLTE has been activated, ordinary numbers can use VoLTE normally, but calling short numbers is still a 2G call.

Reason:

When VoLTE dials short numbers, the network in some areas is configured to fall back to 2G or 3G calls.
