1. Overall situation

3. Relevant Requirements

Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, our bureau mainly adopts the spot inspection method of written inspection. During the random inspection of enterprises, enterprises are required to submit copies of business licenses, audit reports (accounting statements if there is no audit report), copies of administrative license documents, company articles of association, site use certificates and other relevant documents, organize the random inspection files, and record spot inspections in a timely manner result.

4. Pay attention to the publicity of spot inspection results and summarize the experience of spot inspections

After the spot inspection work is completed, the enterprise’s spot inspection results shall be entered into the enterprise credit information disclosure system in a timely manner, and those found during the spot inspection that are not in accordance with the "Enterprise Enterprises that make public disclosures under the Interim Regulations on Information Disclosure will handle the matter in accordance with the law, and other illegal clues discovered during the inspection will be transferred to relevant departments for processing in accordance with the law.
