Wrong account processing flow of China Bank ATM;

1. Debit card deposits are not recorded/less money is spit out when withdrawing:

(1) Bank of China card will be refunded or supplemented according to the card number (account number) you just operated at Bank of China ATM.

(2) Bank of China's card is at another bank's ATM: Bank of China will refund or supplement the relevant funds according to the card number (account number) you just operated within 14 working days.

(3) Other bank cards are at China Bank ATM: I suggest you contact the issuing bank for handling; If you use ATM overseas, you need to inquire through the overseas UnionPay channel, and the longest inquiry time is 45 natural days.
