How to conduct vehicle maintenance inquiries

Vehicle maintenance can be queried through Baidu APP. Users download Baidu APP, search for vehicle maintenance query, and find the Qitian Monkey King vehicle condition query applet. After entering, enter vehicle related information to query, as follows: :

1. The user opens the Baidu APP on the mobile phone.

2. Enter vehicle maintenance query in the search bar.

3. Find the Monkey King's vehicle status inquiry applet and click to use it immediately.

4. After entering, select Query Now.

5. Enter your mobile phone number and vehicle’s VIN code, click Confirm Payment, and you can view the vehicle’s maintenance information.

Notes:

1. Under normal circumstances, the report will be generated within half an hour. If you place an order during non-working hours, you may receive the report the next day.

2. If the report has not been received after more than 24 hours, you can give feedback to the customer service class to verify that the report cannot be generated and a direct refund will be issued through the system; if the report has been generated, it is due to communication reasons such as SMS interception. If the report is not received, customer service will send the report via text message or email. In this case, no refund will be made.

3. Since some vehicles may not have been repaired and maintained at 4S stores, relevant records cannot be found.
