1. Complain and report to relevant departments. The department that receives the report shall handle it in time and keep the relevant information of the informant confidential. Disputes over the liability for compensation and the amount of compensation may, at the request of the parties, be settled through mediation by the relevant departments responsible for the supervision and administration of noise pollution prevention and control and the people's mediation committee. The state encourages the units and individuals that generate noise and the managers of public places to negotiate with the units and individuals affected by noise in a friendly way, and properly resolve noise disputes by adjusting the production and construction time, taking measures to reduce vibration and noise, paying compensation, and relocating to other places.

3. Call the police according to law. According to the Noise Law, those who violate the regulations to produce social life noise, continue to interfere with others' normal life, work and study after dissuasion, mediation and treatment, or commit other acts in violation of public order and social management shall be punished by public security organs according to law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
