1. The flowerpots on the balcony and outside the window should be moved indoors, and try not to move near the windward window.

2. Close the doors and windows. If you want to open a window, you must ventilate it back and forth-only one window is open, which will easily cause strong wind to pour in and blow over the whole window.

3. Reduce going out. It is recommended to take a bus when going out, pay attention to road information, and avoid areas with stagnant water and poor traffic.

4. You must go out and walk, and try to avoid areas that are prone to water accumulation such as underground passages. Don't go barefoot or wear sandals during a typhoon. Rain boots are the best, waterproof, insulating and electric shock-proof.

5. During lightning, try to turn off electrical appliances and other facilities that are easy to cause lightning strikes. When going out to thunder, don't stand under trees and around telephone poles, and stay away from dangerous old houses, sheds, temporary buildings, scaffolding, trees, billboards, iron towers and other places that are easy to cause casualties.

6. When driving on the expressway, when encountering heavy rain, it is necessary to ensure that the visibility is more than 200 meters before driving. Otherwise, you should get off at the nearest ramp or park in the rest area and harbor parking area. If you stop at the shoulder of the road, you should set up a warning sign.

7. If the vehicle turns off in the water, find someone to push it quickly, and don't start it again to prevent the engine from entering the water (the insurance company will not pay for it).

8. If you find dangerous buildings or accumulated water, please contact the relevant departments in time. In case of danger, obey the command of relevant departments and transfer safely.
