There are many experts among their colleagues, and their skills are just tricks. And there are many pairs of eyes staring at it as soon as I go in. A little thing will be magnified infinitely, and the gun will hit the head. Be sure to be modest and prudent.

2. Do things before going through the process

State-owned enterprises have their own processes and procedures, so they must follow the process first and then do things. I once met a colleague who was very anxious and asked to go through the formalities first, so I relented and agreed. As a result, the leader was unwilling to make up the program later, because without prior notice, the other party also pushed the responsibility to me, which was thankless. The next time you encounter this situation, even if the leader is not here, you should call or notify the office software and ask for permission before handling it.

3. Take on too many tasks assigned by leaders.

Some leaders look at young people who have just entered and learn things quickly and honestly. They always take special care and keep adding tasks because they know that these young people are embarrassed to refuse. Of course, it is not a bad thing for young people to do more, which can help us study more and adapt to work faster. However, a person's energy and time are limited. If he takes on too much work for a long time, it will make us feel unbalanced and in a state of burden and pressure. Moreover, many tasks are piled up, and he is prone to make mistakes when he is in a hurry, which ultimately affects the quality of his work. State-owned enterprises are actually "eating the same pot", and doing more and doing less is almost the same. Many old employees have the habit of shirking their responsibilities, so they should do what they can and refuse appropriately.

4. Open your heart when you are unfamiliar with your colleagues.

The personnel relationship between state-owned enterprises is complicated. Remember not to talk about colleagues when you are unfamiliar or think you are familiar. You may not know who has a good relationship with whom and who has what background, so you accidentally offended your colleague and got stabbed in the back. Remember, colleagues are people who work together, not complete friends. Don't speak ill of leaders, colleagues' right and wrong, and your privacy.
