"Electronic account") is used as a capital account, bound and used for fund transfers in account precious metal transactions, and can only be bound to one electronic account at most.

After the contract is signed successfully, the bound card becomes the capital account; customers can transfer funds between the bound capital account and the margin account designated by Minsheng Bank through deposit and withdrawal transactions. The margin is used by account precious metal products such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. The customer's position margin ratio is calculated based on the above-mentioned products and currencies.

Customer margin ratios are displayed in real time on channels such as direct online banking and direct mobile banking, and serve as the legal basis for Minsheng Bank to pursue insurance and liquidation. In addition, Minsheng Bank provides SMS reminder service. Customers need to pay attention to the margin ratio and floating profit and loss in a timely manner. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers, Minsheng Bank has set mandatory liquidation rules for account precious metals. When the customer's margin ratio is lower than 60%, Minsheng Bank has the right but not the obligation to notify the customer via SMS in a timely manner to increase the margin in a timely manner to avoid forced liquidation transactions; when the customer's margin ratio is lower than 20%, Minsheng Bank will retain the funds on this trading day based on this provision. The agreement stipulates the right to forcefully liquidate the customer's position. After the forced liquidation occurs, Minsheng Bank will issue the liquidation notification information to customers via SMS. In addition to having the right to suspend the customer's corresponding transactions and cancel the customer's corresponding transaction orders, Minsheng Bank also has the right to hold the customer's account precious metal contract positions (including account gold, Silver, platinum, palladium, etc.) positions will be forcibly closed until the margin ratio exceeds 20%.

When a customer purchases precious metals from their account, the system will automatically generate corresponding transaction records. The account precious metals bought or sold by the customer when opening a transaction are displayed one by one in the customer's position record, and the corresponding RMB amount is frozen or released from the margin account to the margin account.
