Why does JD.COM customer service send private emails?

It should be the electronic invoice applied by the mall.

The steps to send to the mailbox are as follows:

1, JD.COM homepage, click "My Order".

2. Enter My Orders, find the completed orders, and then click "View Invoice".

3. Find the invoice information and click "Send E-mail".

4. The email box pops up, and enter the "email address".

5. Click "Send".

6. Check the mailbox, and the electronic invoice has been sent to the mailbox.
