Retrieve Taobao account password

The first step is to log in.

Log in to Taobao and find the login button on the home page. Click to enter the login interface.

Step 2, enter the password retrieval interface.

There is a "Forgot Password" option at the bottom of the login interface. Click to enter.

The Retrieve Password page appears. First, ask for "Enter Account Name" and "Verification Code", and then click "Next" to retrieve the password.

Step 3, fill in the verification information.

On the Authentication page, we can choose three authentication methods:

1, "authentication". Fill in the identification documents.

2. "Mailbox" verification. Fill in the email address when registering.

3. "Mobile phone" verification. Fill in the mobile phone number used for authentication when registering.

If you were authenticated when you registered, select Authentication.

If not, you can choose the authentication method you filled in when registering. "E-mail" or "Mobile Phone" or "Next".

The fourth step is to verify identity.

1, email or mobile phone authentication, click "Get verification code for free", and the email or mobile phone receives the verification code.

2. Open the email or open the SMS received by the mobile phone, and enter the verification code sent to the email or mobile phone in the "Verification code" box.

Then proceed to the "next step".

Step five, reset the password.

If it is filled in correctly, enter the "reset password" stage.

Re-enter the settings in New Password and Re-enter, and then submit.

After the submission is completed, "Congratulations, the password has been set successfully! You can log in to Taobao with your new password! " .
