Do I need to check hepatitis B when I apply for a health certificate in Nanning?

I work in the CDC (but not in Nanning). At present, the state stipulates that hepatitis B carriers are allowed to apply for health certificates, and there are no more hepatitis B-related items in the physical examination related to health certificates. As long as your other inspection items are normal, you can successfully apply for a health certificate. The only uncertainty is ALT. Hepatitis B may lead to high ALT, but many CDC don't care much about whether ALT is normal or not, even if it is too high, it is allowed to deal with it. However, some centers for disease control and prevention are strict, so if ALT is abnormal, it will not be handled and should be reviewed.
