How to change the ticket booked online?

Take the ticket purchased by Ctrip. Take com as an example:

1, mobile phone opens Ctrip App, as shown in the figure;

2. After entering Ctrip App, click to enter "My", as shown in the figure;

3. Enter mine, and click the order that needs to be returned and changed, as shown in the figure;

4. After entering the order, select "I want to change the ticket/I want to refund the ticket" according to the demand, as shown in the figure;

5. After clicking Enter, you will see the handling fee to be deducted for refund/change according to the ticket price of this order. Click "I want to refund/change the ticket" after confirmation, as shown in the figure;

6. After entering the application page of "I want to refund the ticket/I want to change the ticket", the refund fee will show the handling fee to be paid according to the departure time of the plane, as shown in the figure;

7. Confirm the refund fee, select the passenger who needs to refund the ticket, and the system will calculate the remaining amount after deducting the refund fee in the lower right. Click "Submit Application" after confirmation to refund/change the ticket successfully, as shown in the figure.

Signing and changing even stipulates: more than 60% discount, under the condition that the corresponding cabin is open, the flight/date can be changed twice for free before the scheduled departure time, and 5% of the passenger fare will be charged for each change after the scheduled departure time. If there is no corresponding shipping space, the upgrade fee will be used as the change fee.

Between 5.5% discount and 4% discount, when the corresponding space is open, the flight/date can be changed free of charge once before the scheduled departure time of the flight, and 10% of the passenger fare charged after the scheduled departure time of the flight is the change fee again. If there is no corresponding shipping space, the upgrade fee will be used as the change fee.
