Can I still receive text messages on my mobile phone that is in arrears?

Subject to downtime. If your mobile number is in arrears and is out of service, the system will keep the text messages sent from your mobile number for up to 72 hours, 48 ??hours for China Unicom and China Telecom, and 24 hours for website text messages. During this period, if the friendship is in arrears and the mobile phone number is restored, you can receive text messages during the downtime. Unpaid text messages beyond this period will not be saved.
