Medical benefits the people! Zhejiang digital video service charges no more than 20 yuan.

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission issued relevant notices such as digital image service fees.

Among them, the Notice clearly states that when medical institutions perform X-ray computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance scanning (MRI), single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and X-ray examination, the original lossless compressed DICOM format pictures are stored on the server and can be directly browsed through authorized download. When patients take the initiative to apply, provincial public hospitals charge the highest digital image service fee not exceeding that of 20 yuan, and other public hospitals.

Medical institutions should have enough storage space, and provide entrance methods such as QR code browsing and SMS connection, so as to facilitate patients to download and browse digital images indefinitely. Medical institutions should protect patients' privacy: outpatient service 15 years, hospitalization for 30 years.

The films and digital images of physical media provided by medical institutions to patients should be voluntary, and patients should provide them voluntarily. Digital imaging patients who do not meet the requirements do not need to pay. The information platform and storage space used by medical institutions are constructed by financial allocation, and service fees should not be charged or charged less.

Medical institutions need to clearly mark the price, and compulsory charges are not allowed.
