All town and street leading groups, member units of the municipal party committee leading group, and municipal departments and units:

Recently, confirmed cases have appeared in many places across the country and in Yantai City, our province, which has sounded the alarm for our city's epidemic prevention and control work. In order to effectively block the channels for virus importation, resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic, and ensure the safety and health of the city's people, the Municipal Party Committee's leading group for coordinating epidemic prevention and control and economic operation has decided to suspend relevant gathering activities in the city from now on. The relevant work is now notified as follows:

1. All scenic spots in the city will strictly implement relevant requirements such as traffic restrictions, reservations, and peak staggering, and strictly implement control measures such as body temperature measurement and health code inspection.

2. All kinds of performances and performing arts activities will be suspended.

3. Various sports events, academic exchanges, education and training and other offline gatherings will be suspended.

4. Various sports venues, association clubs, sports and fitness venues, Internet cafes, libraries, theaters, chess and card rooms, mahjong parlors, singing and dancing entertainment venues, beauty salons, foot massage parlors, mortgage agencies, game halls, All business activities in closed and gathering places such as indoor children's amusement projects will be suspended.

5. White matters should be dealt with, red matters should be postponed, and crowd gathering activities should not be held unless necessary. If it is really necessary to hold an event, it must be reported to the community or unit in the town or street where it is located, and prevention and control measures must be strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements of "whoever organizes the event is responsible" and "whoever approves the event is responsible".

All towns, streets and industry authorities are requested to implement their main responsibilities and urge relevant units or individuals to strictly implement the above regulations.
