In order to enrich the team of counselors, administrative and teaching assistants in our school, recruitment is now underway. According to the National Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Ministry of Personnel Order No. 6) and Hebei Province's "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Recruitment of College and Technical Secondary School Graduates in Provincial Institutions in 2006" (Ji Renzi [2006 ]22) document, combined with the situation of our school, we are now notifying you of the following matters regarding recruitment:
1. Recruitment principles
1. Adhere to "open selection, fair competition, strict assessment, merit-based recruitment” principle.
2. Recruitment adopts a combination of examination and assessment. All applicants must be hired on the basis of examination and assessment.
3. This recruitment position is established within the establishment plan of Yanshan University.
2. Recruitment conditions
1. Recruitment target: full-time general college graduates with a master's degree under the age of 30 (can participate in work through graduate dispatch), need to be in Obtain a postgraduate degree and a master's degree before the end of August 2009; the starting academic qualification must be a four-year full-time undergraduate degree from a general university; applicants for counselor positions must have a graduate or undergraduate school that is a national key institution or 211 colleges.

3. Children of the school’s teaching staff cannot apply for jobs at the school.
3. Recruitment procedures and timetable
1. Information release
On the homepage of Yanshan University (/), China Education and Research Computer Network, "Hebei University Recruitment information is published in the "Teacher Recruitment" column (/hebei_76/).
2. Registration requirements
The recruitment positions are divided into two categories, namely ① counselor positions and ② administrative teaching assistant positions. Applicants who meet the qualifications of counselors and apply for counselor positions can also apply for two administrative teaching assistant positions according to the recruitment conditions; applicants for administrative teaching assistant positions must indicate the two specific registration positions in the application form.
3. Email registration
In order to facilitate a preliminary understanding of the situation, applicants are requested to truthfully fill out the "Yanshan University Recruitment Counselor, Administrative and Teaching Assistant Personnel Registration Form" (Appendix 2). Send the electronic copy to ysuzhp@ysu.edu.cn. The deadline for registration is March 22, 2009. The school will conduct a preliminary review of the conditions of email applicants, and those who pass the preliminary review will be notified by email or phone text message (according to the contact information on the registration form) to confirm whether they can participate in on-site registration.
4. On-site registration
(1) On-site registration time and place
Time: March 26-27, 8:30 to 17:00, other times Registration will not be accepted.
Location: Human Resources Department, Personnel Department (Room 902, Century Building).
(2) Application materials
①A written "Yanshan University Recruitment Application Form for Counselors, Administrative and Teaching Assistants" (requires personal signature);
② Personal resume (natural situation, study and work experience);
③ Copies of transcripts for graduate study and undergraduate study (need to be stamped with the red seal of the academic affairs or archives management department);
④Copies of various certificates (academic degrees, award certificates, examination certificates, etc.);
⑤Applicants for positions are required to be members of the Communist Party of China. Applicants must provide relevant certificates and stamp them in red chapter.
(3) Review of qualifications
The Human Resources Department will review the applicants’ materials in accordance with regulations and issue written examination admission tickets to qualified candidates. Applicants must prepare application materials as required. Application materials that are incomplete or inconsistent with the requirements will not be accepted. The content must be true. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified upon verification.
5. Written test
(1) Written test time: March 28, please see the admission ticket for the specific time and location.
(2) The written test is divided into counselor type questions and administrative teaching assistant type questions. Applicants for the counselor position need to take the counselor type written test, and applicants for the administrative teaching assistant position need to take the administrative teaching assistant type written test. Those who are counselors and apply for administrative teaching assistant positions must take the above two types of written examinations respectively. The content of the counselor test questions focuses on ideological and political education and administrative ability testing; the content of the administrative teaching assistant test questions focuses on the examination of personal comprehensive abilities. The written test time is controlled within 120 minutes. You need to bring your ID card or student ID card, and bring your own 2B pencil and eraser during the test.
6. Interview
Determine the interview candidates for the counselor position and administrative teaching assistant position based on the scores of the counselor written test and the administrative teaching assistant written test respectively, and list the interviewers in Yanshan The university's homepage will announce the interview, and the specific time and location for the interview will be notified later.
7. Personnel recruitment
The recruitment assessment team is responsible for assessing the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the selected personnel. The candidates to be hired will be determined based on the assessment results and announced on the Yanshan University homepage. The recruitment procedures can be completed after the school approves them (Note: Once the position is confirmed, it cannot be adjusted).
4. Others
1. The school has established a recruitment assessment group, whose members are composed of the employer, the personnel department, the Discipline Inspection Commission and relevant experts. The members of the recruitment assessment group shall be in accordance with the "Open Recruitment of Institutions" Interim Provisions on Personnel" and comply with the avoidance system.
2. Applicants who violate recruitment disciplines will be disqualified.
3. The personnel relationship management of this recruitment will be implemented in accordance with the "Interim Measures for Personnel Agency of Yanshan University" (Appendix 3) and the personnel agency system will be implemented. The candidates must sign an employment contract with the school.
4. Applicants are responsible for their own travel expenses, accommodation and other matters.

(3) Beidaihe Station: Take bus No. 6 and get off at Yanshan University Station.
