2. If the mediation before the trial is unsuccessful, after the case is formally filed, if it is really unable to repay, the court will still repay the judgment, and at the same time order the borrower to bear the corresponding interest and bear the litigation costs of this case;

3. After the judgment comes into effect, if the borrower fails to perform the effective judgment of the court, Alipay can apply to the court for compulsory execution, and the property under the borrower's name will be deducted according to law. If there is no property under the borrower's name, it will be listed as an executor of dishonesty by the court, which will affect life and travel.

Legal basis: Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) must meet the following conditions: (1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person and other organization that has a direct interest in the case; (2) Having a clear defendant; (3) Having specific requests, facts and reasons; (4) It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and is under the jurisdiction of the sued people's court.
