According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, all localities should suspend the local road and waterway passenger lines and announce them to the public in a timely manner. Since the date of publication, if passengers have purchased tickets before, the ticketing unit shall also refund them free of charge, together with those who have purchased personal accident insurance.
