You can call 10086 for consultation or go directly to the local business hall. This usually happens, or others report that the information you send is fraudulent or illegal, or the number of short messages you send exceeds the limit set by the operator. Generally, no more than 200 messages are allowed in one hour, and no more than 1300 messages are allowed in one day. Exceeding this number will be punished by operators.
