E-mail can't receive short messages.

1. Check the network first. It may be network delay.

2. The mailbox is set to accept any mail.

3. You can enter the trash can first to see if it has been put into the trash can of QQ mailbox, and click the trash can button in the left column to view the spam list. If the message is in the trash, you can select it, mark it as non-spam and put it back in the inbox.

4. There may be no mail in the trash can and inbox, and the mail card may be on the way. You can click the Receive button continuously to refresh your inbox for viewing.

5. The email may be intercepted by the system and will not be sent to the recipient's mailbox. The retrieval method is as follows: first, click the mailbox homepage in the upper left corner to enter the mailbox homepage, and then click the self-service query button to enter the self-service query page.

Solution: Click the Receiving Query tab to view a series of emails received by the mailbox. If you see that the storage location of the unreceived mail is "blocked", then the mail is blocked, and you can click Add to White List or Retrieve it.
