YTO Express cannot find logistics information

1. YTO Express has no logistics information: If there is no logistics information, it means that the logistics company did not scan the order number into the system. The reason may be that the merchant submitted logistics information on Taobao, but did not deliver the goods to the logistics company; or the merchant filled in the logistics information incorrectly; or the logistics company did not scan the items in time after receiving them, etc.

2. YTO Express logistics distribution information is not updated for a long time: If the logistics has been prompted to send to a certain place, but the logistics information has not been updated for several days. The reason may be that the logistics destination is relatively remote and the delivery time is very long; or the logistics company is not efficient during the peak period of express delivery; or the item is lost during the delivery process. Generally, if there is no update for more than 10 days, the item is likely to be lost.

3. YTO Express logistics delivery information is not updated for a long time: if the item has been assigned a delivery person, but it has not been delivered to the door for several days or the delivery person has not contacted the recipient. The reasons may be that the logistics address and contact information are incorrect; or the delivery person lost the package; or the recipient information was not uploaded in time after being signed for by others, etc.
