Credit limit refers to the maximum overdraft limit of credit card, which can be enjoyed by RMB and foreign currency, main card and auxiliary card, and all credit cards under your name. The sum of overdraft limits of all cards cannot exceed the limit of the card with the highest limit.

Note: If you hold a dual-currency card, the amount of RMB and foreign currency is also used.

1. You can call the 24-hour service hotline of CCB at 400-820-0588 (please call 02 1-38690588 for non-400 service areas and 86-2 1-38690588 for overseas), and then enter the ID number according to the voice prompts.

2. You can edit the short message "the last four digits of 3 13# card number" and send it to 95533 to inquire about the credit card limit and accumulated cash withdrawal limit; Edit "last four digits of CCYE (or 3 12)# card number" and send it to 95533 to check the credit card balance.

3. You can log in to CCB official website, and select "Account Inquiry Service" and "Credit Card Inquiry" on the homepage for inquiry.

You can log in to mobile banking, select a credit card, and then click on the credit card you want to query, and you can query your account information.

5. Pay attention to the official WeChat account of China Construction Bank. After entering the official account of WeChat, select the credit card in the lower right corner, and then select the line query. The system will send a credit card binding link. After binding the credit card, you can check your available limit.

6. You can use your credit card to inquire at the CCB self-service terminal or go to the CCB business outlets in person.
