according to the prevention and control plan of novel coronavirus and the notice on further optimizing the prevention and control measures of COVID-19 epidemic scientifically and accurately by the comprehensive group of joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, some areas are classified as high-risk areas through the research of experts at the municipal and district levels and the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of high-tech zones, as follows:

1. The specific location

Baishiyi Town: Lotus Pond Phase III Yixin Yiyi Community.

Hangu Town: the enclosed area of No.16 Hansheng Road, Taoran Building No.11 Guzhong Street, Southeast Sichuan Courtyard No.12 Hansheng Road, Yuanxi Pharmacy No.59 Hansheng Road and Recreation Hotel No.2 Gudong Street.

Jinfeng Town: Building 3, Factory Building 27, Fengsheng Road, and Building D, Apartment Building 25, Fengsheng Road.

Huxi Street: Guanlan, Group 1, Longhu U City, No.9 Xuezhi Road, Building 13, Beimeng Tiandi Community, No.26 Jingyang Road.

2. Prevention and control requirements

1. Implement control, and strictly "stay at home and provide on-site service" during the period, and arrange 24-hour patrol duty to prevent people from going out and flowing, and strictly stay at home.

2. All business premises shall be closed.

3. suspend all gathering activities and dinners in the area.

4. People outside the area are not allowed to enter the area, and special personnel such as living security can do well in the protection of living materials without touching them.

5. Carry out health monitoring every morning and afternoon.

6. after the implementation of high-risk area management and control, regional nucleic acid screening will be carried out every day in the area. If there are no new infections for five consecutive days, and all the people in the risk area complete a round of nucleic acid screening on the fifth day, they are negative and reduced to a low-risk area. If new infected persons are found during the control period, the time for 5 consecutive days shall be recalculated from the date when the new infected persons are found.

7. Do a good job in psychological counseling, living materials security, implement medical services for special groups such as patients with chronic diseases, and strictly implement closed-loop transshipment for those who really need to go out due to special circumstances such as medical treatment; Standardize disinfection and garbage sorting and disposal.
