QQ account was stolen inexplicably, random messages were sent, please solve it

1. First open QQ on your mobile phone, and on the page that opens, click "Forgot Password", as shown in the figure below.

2. Then enter the account you want to retrieve in the forgotten password page that opens, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then in the account retrieval page that opens, enter the secret mobile phone number and click "Next", as shown in the figure below.

4. Finally, in the page that opens, enter the verification code and reset the new password, as shown in the figure below.
