I pieced together a cmpp interface program according to the online code.

I passed the CMPP3. short message gateway simulator SIM1.8 and

CMPP3.Smg.exe, and there was no problem. But when I actually tested it on the mobile gateway,

SP's request to connect to ISMG(CMPP_CONNECT) was successful, which proved that it had passed the verification and established a connection with the gateway. However, when sending a short message, I didn't know what was wrong, that is, it could not be sent successfully, and

no CMPP_CONNECT_RESP message was returned.

Because my younger brother is just grinding a gun at the last minute, he doesn't have a deep understanding of CMPP3. protocol, and even has a little knowledge of c# port communication, so it's really impossible to find out the mistakes.
