6. Call ICBC 95588 to select a customer service seat. After you confirm your identity, open it manually according to the prompt.

Send "QXFW# card number or account number # password device dynamic password or SMS banking password" to 95588 to cancel SMS banking service for single card or single account;

Send "QXQB# card number or account number # password device dynamic password or SMS banking password" to 95588 to cancel SMS banking service for all cards and accounts.
