Opening process of Beijing Yunting

In civil litigation, the original defendant may not be in the same city, province or even country. During the epidemic, it is not convenient for both parties to flow with each other, such as foreign-related divorce disputes or some less controversial litigation cases, and the court will arrange for both parties to participate in online trials.

In the past, a foreign-related divorce case we represented was handled through an online court session, including our communication with the parties, and finally successfully helped the foreign parties to dissolve an unfortunate marriage.

So how to take the online trial process? Here we will take Beijing Cloud Court as an example to teach you how to participate in the trial online.

Step 1: The judge creates an online trial.

After the judge creates a trial successfully, the parties will receive a SMS notification to download the client of Beijing Cloud Court and log in.

Step 2: Log in to Beijing Cloud Court APP.

Note that a meeting number will be sent to you in the short message. Enter this meeting number in the login interface to log in.

Of course, you can also register an account with your mobile phone number first, log in with your account password after successful registration, and bind new users according to the prompts.

Step 3: Enter the system boot page.

After logging in successfully, we entered the member guide page. On this page, you can see the introduction of some APP functions, such as turning on or off the microphone, viewing transcripts, uploading materials and so on.

Step 4: Check the trial list and choose to participate in the trial.

After logging in, the parties can see the court time arranged by themselves. The system will display two sessions, namely "Not Started" and "In Progress". Click to enter the court session page.

Step 5: Check the video of the trial.

We choose a trial case. After clicking on it, we can see the pictures and characters displayed in the video, as well as some practical functions, such as switching between front and rear cameras, viewing evidence, taking notes and so on.

Step 6: Upload the evidence and make comments.

During the trial, in the process of giving evidence and cross-examination, we can upload the evidence needed for litigation through the mobile APP. The file format only supports pictures (png, jpg) and videos (mp4, mp3, word, pdf), and we can also view the evidence of the plaintiff or defendant.

Step 7: Check the court record and signature.

During the trial, we can check the transcripts of the trial at any time. After the trial, the judge will initiate the signature of the online transcript, and the parties can click the "Confirm Transcript" button to confirm the online signature.

If you want to view the trial transcript in real time, you can click the "Refresh" button.

To sum up, this is a concrete step to participate in online trial through mobile APP.
