If the refund is still unsuccessful through the above normal channels, you can call the local education examinations institute to inquire about the refund.

There are many candidates who can't take the written test or interview because of the epidemic. The examination center of the Ministry of Education has also taken this situation into consideration. After the examination, many areas can apply for refund of fees and extend the qualified written test results (extending the validity period for half a year) according to the announcement issued by official website, the local education examination institute. So don't worry about the written test results being invalid.
