Huawei mobile phones can send text messages.

If your mobile phone can't receive all the short messages, please check as follows:

1.？ Please confirm whether it is a dual-card mobile phone. Dual-card one-way mobile phone, when making a call, one card will be in the "off" state. It is normal that this "turned off" SIM card cannot receive short messages, and it can be resumed after the call.

2.？ Please check whether you have set a blacklist in Mobile Manager > Harassment Interception. If Block All Strangers is selected, all messages with strange numbers will be blocked and cannot be received. Please check the corresponding settings and try again;

3.？ Please confirm whether other SMS applications are set as default SMS applications. You can go to phone settings > application management > settings > default application settings, and then check the information to confirm whether to use the system default application. Third-party applications may not receive short messages due to their own problems or compatibility problems;

4.？ Please check whether there is a third-party housekeeper application to intercept SMS. Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short messages, so it is recommended to uninstall this application. These applications are generally named after "XX housekeeper" or "XX assistant".

5.？ If the problem persists, you can try

① Enter SMS > More > Settings and select Restore Default Settings;

② Go to Settings > Application Management > More (or menu) > Show system processes, then select information, click Store, and then select Delete Data and Clear Cache;

③ go to settings > advanced settings > backup and reset > restore network settings (some models don't need this setting), and then try to receive SMS.

6.？ If the above methods cannot be solved, please back up the important data and restore the factory settings to try to solve it. If it still can't be solved, please go to the after-sales service outlets for maintenance.
