First, strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation in key parts such as high-speed railway station, railway stations and expressways.

High-speed railway station, railway stations, highways and other checkpoints strictly follow the norms of epidemic prevention and control, compact territorial responsibilities, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control of all kinds of people and vehicles who are allowed to return, and build a solid defense line of "external defense and internal advancement".

Second, strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation around Yuzhou City.

The card points around Yuzhou City are strictly implemented in accordance with the management measures of "closed control area". Vehicles carrying urgently needed materials such as life and medical care can pass if they meet the conditions of "two certificates, two green codes and one normal". Other personnel and vehicles are not allowed to enter or leave in principle. In case of emergency and special circumstances such as critically ill patients, measures such as special car guidance and "point-to-point" transportation shall be taken, and timely and properly handled while reporting to the epidemic prevention and control headquarters. Seven, card point workflow.

Public security personnel at checkpoints are responsible for parking inspection and traffic, traffic control personnel and local cadres are responsible for checking health codes and travel codes, and health and epidemic prevention personnel are responsible for measuring body temperature and registering information, and judging traffic or isolation control according to the color of "two codes". All work processes should be standardized, and information such as registered name, contact information, ID number, home address, where it came from, where it went, what goods were transported, temperature status, and nucleic acid detection time should be registered and filed for future reference. Report the inspection and traffic of personnel and vehicles at each checkpoint to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters twice a day 12:00 and 17:00. After being summarized by the county-level headquarters, it is reported to the traffic safety group of the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters every day.

Eight. Relevant requirements.

The upgrade or reduction of the card point setting time and the level of prevention and control will be notified separately by the Municipal Epidemic Command. If there are two-way card points around the city, joint card setting will be organized through consultation to save resources and improve disposal efficiency. All card points should be flushed-free, make normal handover and work connection, and pay attention to cold and warmth at night and in bad weather.
