What should I do if my phone enters headset mode?

Unplug the earphone, and the phone will have no sound. In this case, the phone will temporarily enter the headset mode.

The headphone jack microswitch is invalid.

It should be caused by the temporary failure of the microswitch in the earphone hole, that is, the earphone was pulled out and the microswitch was not turned off in time.

Headphone mode automatic switching

Generally speaking, the headset mode is automatically switched, the headset mode is plugged in, and the headset mode is automatically pulled out.

Restart the phone

When the phone enters the headset mode, you can try: restart the phone, and quickly plug and unplug the headset with the headset for several times.

Clean the earphone plug and the phone jack.

Or take a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and rotate it to wipe the earphone plug and mobile phone jack (the plug or jack may be oxidized).

Inspection and maintenance

If it doesn't work, it is recommended to take it to a nearby mobile phone service outlet for testing, repairing or replacing the earphone jack.
