Two, the wages of workers in construction enterprises do not include material costs, quality margin, contract profits and other related expenses. If the workload of migrant workers is difficult to verify during the settlement period, the workload can be paid in advance and settled in the next settlement period. Prepaid wages shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.
Three, calculate the wages of migrant workers in strict accordance with the contract, pay wages in full, and not deduct wages in the name of risk money, quality guarantee, etc. Wages are paid directly to migrant workers themselves, and it is strictly forbidden to pay to "contractors" or other organizations and individuals who do not have employment qualifications.
Four, truthfully prepare the wage payment ledger, record the name of the wage payment object, accounting situation, payment date and actual wage amount, and publish it on the bulletin board at the scene for not less than 7 days, and publicly report the complaint department and telephone number.
V. Real-name management shall be implemented in the job site, and real-name management ledgers such as roster, attendance book and payroll which can dynamically reflect the actual situation of front-line workers in the construction site shall be established, so as to realize the "five clears" management such as clearing the base number, clearing the basic information, clearing the attendance record, clearing the payroll record and clearing the time of entering and leaving the project.
Six, this responsibility commitment in quadruplicate, the responsibility commitment unit, the local housing construction department, the human society department each hold one copy, and one copy is publicized on the bulletin board. The letter of commitment shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by the legal person and authorized person in charge of the responsible commitment unit.
If the commitment unit violates the above commitments, it will voluntarily assume full responsibility and accept the administrative measures taken by the local housing and construction departments and human society departments, including but not limited to: stopping work for rectification, increasing the proportion of security funds paid by construction enterprises, deducting credit points from the responsible units, and investigating the legal responsibilities of the responsible units and responsible persons.
