Baoding's latest number limit regulations include restricted area, restricted time and restricted regulations.

I. Forbidden area

(1) Restricted areas in the main urban area of this Municipality: urban roads within East Second Ring Road, Sanfeng Road, West Second Ring Road and North Second Ring Road (including the above roads).

(2) Restricted area of Qingyuan District: the area within Zhenqing Street (excluding), Lianchi South Street (excluding), Yingbin Road (including) and Development Road (including) in the urban area.

(3) Restricted area in Xushui District: the area north of Juli Road, west of Chenyang Street, east of Great Wall North Street and south of Hualong Road (excluding the above roads).

(4) Restricted area of Mancheng District: the enclosed area formed by Xu Ning Street, Jing Yun Street, Zhiyuan Road and Chunhui Road (excluding the above roads).

Second, the time limit.

Third, restrictions.

2. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles that perform tasks.

3. Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel trams and special vehicles for the disabled with legal new energy licenses (registered in the main city of Baoding).

4. Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Function of limit number

1, in order to effectively alleviate traffic congestion in the central city, balance urban traffic flow and reduce vehicle exhaust pollution. On odd days, only private cars with odd numbers and even numbers can go on the road, and on even days, only private cars with even numbers and even numbers can go on the road. It's easy to remember that during the three-month rotation period from today to July 1 1, it is restricted from Monday to Friday.
