How to complain about a power outage?

You can complain if there is always a power outage.

For frequent power outages, you can make complaints through the official customer service hotline 95598. If the customer service reports that there is no planned power outage in the area where the complainant is located, it may be an internal fault within the community or a wiring problem, and the power company can be asked to assist in the investigation. For frequent power outages, you can complain to the power regulatory agency and order corrections.

Article 29 of the "Electric Power Law of the People's Republic of China" states that when power generation and power supply systems are normal, power supply enterprises shall continue to supply power to users without interruption. When power supply needs to be interrupted due to maintenance of power supply facilities, power rationing in accordance with the law, or illegal use of electricity by users, the power supply enterprise shall notify users in advance in accordance with relevant national regulations.
