How to Unbind the Mobile Phone Number from the Mailbox

1, enter Netease mailbox official website, and log in the account.

2. Click "Settings" at the back of the account. On the left menu of the setup page, click and select Email Mobile Service.

3. Enter the email mobile phone service, and you can see the bound mobile phone number. Click "Settings" after SMS notification of abnormal email.

4. Click Enter Settings to enter the account management page, and in the left menu, click and select "Mobile Phone Service".

5. In the mobile phone service, click "Replace" under the relevant mobile phone pass.

6. Select the default verification method, click the "Get SMS verification code for free" button below, and the mobile phone will receive the verification code message. Fill in the verification code on the mobile phone message here, and then click "Next".

7. Enter a new mobile phone number, click the "Get SMS Verification Code for Free" button again, fill in the verification code, and click the "Replace Association" button.
