Heroic deeds in peacetime

On the morning of April 1 April, 20065438, Wang Wei was ordered to follow and monitor the US military reconnaissance plane illegally entering China's airspace. The U.S. reconnaissance plane not only ignored the warnings repeatedly issued by the Chinese side, but also made a sudden U-turn during the flight, crashing the China fighter plane and causing the pilot Wang Wei to disappear. Later, it was discovered that Wang Wei parachuted into the sea after his plane was crashed by a US plane, and he died gloriously at the age of 33.

After Wang Wei fell into the sea, the navy, local relevant units and the people overcame the difficulties of harsh sea environment and complicated climate, and fought for 14 days and nights and launched a large-scale search and rescue operation. People of all ethnic groups in China expressed their concern for the safety of Comrade Wang Wei in various ways, and strongly condemned the hegemonic behavior of the United States that violated China's sovereignty, which reflected the great cohesion of the Chinese nation.

In carrying out this task, Wang Wei was resolute, calm, brave and tenacious, and wrote a magnificent triumph of patriotism and revolutionary heroism with his life.

2. Chen Lu

In the summer of 2020, Lujiang County, Anhui Province suffered a once-in-a-century flood. On July 22nd, Shidawei in Lujiang County burst its bank, and about 6,500 people were trapped by the flood. The situation is critical. On that day, Chen Lu, political instructor of Lujiang County Fire Rescue Brigade, led the brigade to five towns and villages, and fought continuously, successfully transferring 2,665 people.

During the rescue process, the breach suddenly expanded, and the rubber boat on which the rescuers were riding was involved in the rapids and whirlpool, causing rollover. Chen Lu, who was only 36 years old, died heroically. "Rest assured, I will guard the Lujiang River" is Chen Lu's promise to his father, and it is also his promise to the country and the people with his life.

3. Zhang Jianyong

On February 9, 2009, at 2: 00 pm, a fire broke out in the North Annex Building of the new building of Beijing CCTV, which lasted for six hours. It was initially found that the fire was caused by fireworks. The police have taken control of the surrounding roads. The operation of subway 10 line was interrupted, and 10 resumed at 8 am. At 2 o'clock in the morning, six fire officers and soldiers were injured in the fire and sent to hospital.

At 1: 30 in the morning, Zhang Jianyong, instructor of Hongmiao Fire Squadron, died because of ineffective rescue. More than 30 wounded people were rescued at the scene and sent to major hospitals in Beijing for treatment.

4. Cao Qun

On April 6, 2002, around 2002 12, a fire broke out in the south area of Yongwai Ximachang 14 energy storage power station in Fengtai District, Beijing. Dahongmen Fire Rescue Station in Fengtai District, Beijing was ordered to dispose of it at the scene. Chen and Comrade, members of the fire rescue team, braved the high temperature and smoke to go deep into the power station yard for reconnaissance.

In the process of setting up a mobile artillery position to intercept fire and prevent explosion and cool down, a violent explosion suddenly occurred in the northern part of the power station behind it without warning, resulting in the unfortunate and heroic sacrifice of Comrade Chen Vlon and his comrades.

5. Li, Liu Chao,

On the morning of May, 200212002 10, at about 0: 20 a.m. 10, a helicopter carrying a fire bucket was cleaning and humidifying the Dashaba forest fire in Wanqiao Village, Wanqiao Town, Dali City, when it was taking water from Erhai Lake, it suddenly lost its balance and fell into Erhai Lake about 3 seconds later. Preliminary verification shows that there are 4 people on board.

At 02: 55 on May/20021/KLOC-0, all four crew members, including Li, Liu Chao and so on, were found, and were confirmed by the on-site medical emergency personnel to have no vital signs and died unfortunately.
