1. Get out of Huangshan Mountain-:The general public should always pay attention to the changes in the domestic epidemic situation and insist on not leaving the Yellow River unless necessary, especially not going to cities with reports of positive infections.

2. Arriving in Huangshan-:People from local epidemic areas come to (return to) Yellow River: (1) Those who have lived in medium-high risk areas or closed areas for nearly 14 days are strictly restricted from coming to (returning to) Yellow River; Those who arrive in the Yellow River will undergo centralized isolation medical observation 14 days. (2) Those who have lived in the control area for nearly 14 days are strictly restricted from coming (returning) to the Yellow River; Those who have arrived in the Yellow River will be subject to 7-day home isolation medical observation +7-day home medical observation (during the home medical observation, they will be tested 1, 3, 7 days 1 time respectively). (3) Strictly restrict people who have time and space intersection with positive infected people from coming to (returning to) the Yellow River; If it is yellow, the nucleic acid detection shall be carried out according to "three days and two inspections" (with an interval of more than 24 hours). Among them, 1 nucleic acid test should be carried out immediately after arriving in the Yellow River, family medical observation should be carried out before the second nucleic acid test results come out, and then 12 days of self-health monitoring should be carried out. (4) Those who have lived in the county (city, district) where the high-risk area is located in the recent 14 days are strictly restricted from coming (returning) to the Yellow River; Those who arrive in the Yellow River will receive 7-day home medical observation and 7-day self-health monitoring (during the home medical observation, 1, 3, and 7 days respectively). (5) Those who have lived in other counties (cities, districts) in the middle and high risk areas (municipalities, prefecture-level cities, autonomous prefectures) in recent 14 days do not need to return to the Yellow River; If it is really necessary to return to the Yellow River, nucleic acid testing shall be carried out in accordance with the "three days and two inspections" (more than 24 hours apart) after arriving in the Yellow River. Among them, the 1 nucleic acid test should be carried out immediately after arriving in the Yellow River, and before the results of the second nucleic acid test come out, family medical observation should be carried out, and then self-health monitoring should be carried out for 12 days. (6) For people from areas (municipalities directly under the Central Government and prefecture-level cities) where local epidemics have occurred in recent 7 days, the nucleic acid detection shall be conducted according to the principle of "two inspections every three days" (with an interval of more than 24 hours), in which the first/kloc-0 nucleic acid detection shall be conducted immediately after arrival in the Yellow River, and the second nucleic acid detection result shall be observed at home. 3. If there is a local epidemic, but the source is unknown, the transmission chain is unclear, and there is a greater risk of spillover, the control measures should be strictly determined first. 4. For other people outside Huangshan City: hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test immediately after arriving in the Yellow River. 5. Personnel in high-risk positions: try to avoid coming (returning) to the Yellow River. Those who really need to come (return) to the Yellow River must have been out of work for more than 4 days/kloc-0, and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. 6. The above-mentioned personnel should take the initiative to report to the street (township), community (villagers' group) and hotel (restaurant) where they are located, and implement corresponding epidemic prevention and control measures. If there is concealment, false report, non-compliance with epidemic prevention regulations, etc. , affecting the prevention and control of the epidemic, will be held accountable according to law. 7.
